I had the opportunity to hear Guy Kawasaki speak at Sheblogs.org’s conference in Miami last week.  For those of you who are not techies, Mr. Kawasaki is one of the original marketers of Apple’s Macintosh back in the 80s.  His influence in Apple and the tech landscape is known widely, and lucky for us, he is willing to share his wisdom in his latest book — Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions.  He presented on this book, which was a refreshing reminder of the techniques that help all of us create change.  It should be an interesting read!
